Maximum character level: 713. The rune formula is community-documented; reference values are checked in the automated test suite.
The cost from level L to L+1 is based on the documented rune-cost expression, with integer rounding. Runes for a level interval are the sum of its individual steps. It does not include rune loss from death or temporary rune-gain buffs. If you enter runes per farming run, the run estimate uses the shortfall after your current budget and rounds up to a whole run. It does not predict actual farming speed.

The tool applies a level cost function for each level-up and sums each step. Costs for buying items, upgrades and dropped rune recovery are not included.

Level 713 is the maximum character level when all eight attributes are 99. You cannot advance to 714.
